after dat found a poem book..
nice...the book about first aid for emotional peeps lar..
i got copied some of the poems lar..
owya..all these poems are COPYRIGHTED..
so here goes..::
(1) A FAT LADY'S SAYING
i, too will disappear, will
escape into ceturies of darkness.
come here and give me a cuddle,
sit on my lap and give me a hug.
while we both still enjoying
this mysterious whirling planet
and if you find me fat, you find me
also, easy to find, very easy to find.
(2) I'M REALLY FOND
i'm really very fond of you,
he said
i don't like fond
it sounds like something
you would tell a dog
give me love,
or nothing
throw your fond in a pond,
i said
but what i felt for him was also warm, frisky,
moist-mouthed,
eager,
and could swim away
if forced to do so.
(3) FRIENDSHIP
such love i cannot analyse;
it does not rest in lips or eyes,
neighter in kisses nor cares
partly, i know, its gentleness
and understanding in 1 word
or in bried letters. it's preserved by trust and by respect and awe.
these are the words i'm feeling for
2 people, yes, 2 lasting friends
the giving comes, the taking ends
there is no measure for such things
for this all nature slows and sings.
(4) LOVE AFTER LOVE
the time will come
when,with elation,
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror,
and each will smile at the other's welcome,
and say, sit here.eat.
you will love again the stranger who was yourself
give wine.give bread.give back your heart
to itslef, to the stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart
take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs, the deperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
peel your own imagine from the mirror.
sit. feast on your life.
(5) DISAPPROVE
make being disapproved of your hobby
make being disapproved of your aim.
devise new ways of scoring points
in the being disapproved of game
let them disapprove in their dozens
let them disapprove in their hordes
you will find that being disapprived of
builds character, brings rewards.
just like any form of striving.
don't be arrogant; don't coast
on your high disapproval rating.
try to be disapproved of most.
at this point, if it's useful,
draw a pie-chart or a graph.
show it to someone who disapproves
when they disapprove, just laugh.
count the emotions you provoke
anger,suspicious,shock.
1 point for each and 2
for every boat you rock
feel yourself warming to your task
you do it bloody well
at last you have found an area
in which you can excel
savour the thrill of risk without
the fear of getting caught
whether they sulk or scream or pout,
enjoy your new-found sport.
meanwhile all those who disapprove
while you are having fun won't ever know your game exists
so tell yourself you have won.
lastlie..its not a poem lar..
but the werds has loadws of meaning..
so read onn..::
(6) APOLOGIES
saying you're sorry is one of the hardest things to pull off.
if you sound too sorry then the recipent begins to think he / she may not have been
angry enough in the first place, but if you don't sound sorry enough then it's
worse than not apologizing at all.
if you felt bad enough to flagrantly disregard the rules of copyright
you could far it to the injured party and it might make them smile long enough to forgive you.
i can't vouch.
